Firstly, you tell us your idea for chewing gum, we then help you with a formula that will work in gum, this is easy for us as we have been preparing herbal formula's for the past 25 years. If prefer, you can send us the herbals for your formula that you required adding to the gum for trials, or we can locate the formula herbs for you from reliable suppliers that we use every day.
We make pharmaceutical grade gum for all our functional gum products. All chewing gum products we manufacture for you come with independent lab certificate of inspection or C of A.
Our gum, when trials of your herbal formula has been added is just like regular gum that you buy in stores, having a crisp outer coating of any flavour required, it is not the pressed, powdery gum that is like chewing chalk powder.
Lab Trials that we do for you, to produce your formula chewing gum, will cost you a small lab fee of $3,000, these trials are necessary to your product success as we need to make sure that the herbals we add to the gum, do not react adversely with the manufacturing process, if they do, we continue to run trials until we get it right for you, which is included in the initial lab trial charges.
We take your formula ingredients into the lab and make batches of chewing gum adding your formula, this continues until we reach the quality of gum that you require for your branding. Most trials will give you 300 - 500 pieces of gum which our clients use as test marketing samples.
When you are happy with the gum samples, your chewing gum formula is then ready for you to order any amount on the main production, but remember, the more we produce in one batch, will make the production cheaper for you.
